The East Timor Transitional Administration, hereinafter referred to as ETTA, is soliciting sealed and competitive bids from interested firms able to provide Power and Electricity Billing and Customer Information System.
Sealed bids marked: "Power and Electricity Billing and Customer Information System, RFB 2020-B" shall be submitted to the Chief Procurement Officer, ETTA Procurement Unit, Fomento Building, Rua Alexiou Corte Real, Bebora, Dili, East Timor no later than 3:00pm (East Timor time), Tuesday 4 September 2001. Bids received after the above date and time shall not be considered!
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for the above project for 10:00 am, Tuesday 21 August 2001 at the above location. Attendance of pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged.
ETTA reserves the right to reject any and all offers or part thereof; to waive minor technicalities and informalities, and to make an award deemed in its own best interest. Bids submitted shall remain firm for a period of Ninety (90) days.
