INVITATION TO BID NO. 2040-B The East Timor Transitional Administration (ETTA) is soliciting sealed and competitive bids from interested and qualified general contractors for the Catering and Food Rations for Baucau, Gleno and Becora Prisons. Bidding Documents may be collected from ETTA/CAS Procurement Unit, Fomento Building, Dili, East Timor.
Sealed Bids, properly marked: " Catering and Food Rations for Baucau, Gleno and Becora Prisons, ITB 2040-B" will be received by the ETTA Procurement Unit, no later than 15:00 p.m., Tuesday, 25 September, 2001. Bids may be hand delivered to the ETTA/CAS Procurement Unit, Fomento Building, Dili, East Timor.
Bids received after the above time and date shall not be considered. The Administration reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make an award in accordance with the award criteria and its own best interest.
All bids shall remain firm for period of sixty (60) calendar days.
