Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect and acquire the bidding documents, at the office of the employer, at the Roads Services, Infrastructure Office, Caicoli, Dili East Timor.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders for the sum of USD$100.00 from:

Bidders who have previously purchased a full set of documents for similar RMRC contracts need only purchase Volume 4 of the set at a price of USD$25.00.

All Bids must be properly marked " Construction and Completion of the Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance, ITB 2058-B" will be received by the ETTA Procurement Unit Dili East Timor no later than or before 10.00am hours on the dates as indicated. Bids may be delivered to the ETTA/CAS Procurement Unit, Fomento Building, Dili East Timor. Bids from prequalified contractors and will be opened and recorded immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
All bids shall remain firm for a period of (60) calender days.
